Crunchy Tuna Sandwich

Alright, this sandwich might not sound amazing at first but we believe it will blow your mind. The spicy tang from the old bay style seasoning adds an amazing level to this sandwich. The peppers and the chips give this sandwich the perfect crunch. You gotta try this thing! This recipe makes 5 lunches. Each lunch portion has about 400 calories.

The Six Ingredients
 3 cans of Tuna (5 oz. each)
 3 tbsp Mayonaise
 1 Green Bell Pepper
 1 Shallot
 5 large slices of Bread
 2 oz of Crab Chips
In Your Pantry
 Salt and Pepper

Preparation Instructions

Finely chop the green pepper and shallot.

Strain the tuna and mix the tuna, green peppers, onion, any mayo together. Add salt and pepper to taste. We like a lot of pepper.

We like to store the tuna in 5 portions separately from the bread and chips until you are ready to eat. The best move is to toast your bread and then put the tuna mixture on it and top it with 1/5 of the chips.
