The 60-Minute Lunch Break offers amazing meal prep recipes that help you prepare 5-6 lunches which allow you to create a healthy lifestyle and give you more time to do what you want. We know that everyone is busy and with our easy weekly meal prep you can have 5-6 lunches ready to go in under 60 minutes every week. The lunches are healthy and delicious while averaging under 500 calories per meal.

Unique Weekly Lunches

The Unique Weekly Lunch plans detail how to prepare 5 to 6 unique lunches in under 60 minutes. There are detailed instructions and explanations on how to portion each lunch. More Information

New meal prep guides are posted almost every week. The Unique Weekly Lunches and the Six Ingredient Lunches usually alternate when they are posted. Once a recipe is posted it is available for at least 2-weeks. Some posts are not permanently available and can only be viewed if you have a paid subscription plan.

The guides should allow you to complete your weekly meal prep in under 60 minutes. We recommend completing the recipes on Sundays and then having the 5-6 lunches throughout the week.

While the recipe is available you will have access to the following information:

Six Ingredient Lunches

The Ingredients – This section will consist of no more than 6 ingredients. This does not include salt, pepper, other typical pantry dried spices and oils.

The Instructions – Detailed instructions will follow the ingredients which will give an easy step by step guide to preparing the lunches and portioning them for the week. Also, the Six Ingredient Lunches can be used as one large meal and this will be explained in each post.

Photos –  Images will be included in each recipe to maximize your ability to complete the instructions quickly and easily.

Calories
– Each post will have detailed calorie counts for all lunches.

Products
– Some of the posts will link to products that are used in the posts. If you like them then we encourage you to buy them with our link. It helps us out.

Unique Weekly Lunches

The Instructions – Detailed instructions will follow the ingredients which will give an easy step by step guide to preparing the lunches and portioning them for the week. It should take no longer than 60 minutes to prepare all 5 or 6 unique lunches.

Videos/Photos –  Videos and/or images will be included in each recipe to maximize your ability to complete the instructions quickly and easily.

Calories
– Each post will have detailed calorie counts for each of the unique lunches.

Products
– Some of the posts will link to products that are used in the posts. If you like them then we encourage you to buy them with our link. It helps us out.
